Climate change is a topic that supersedes any political attitude. It seems that New York City has taken a front seat on the topic of climate change as they passed legislation that would add global warming effects in two panels as part of the permanent government process.

The two panels will involve both scientists that are focused on global warming effects and a combined task force of the partnership of government agencies as well as private sector organizations and companies in the telecom, energy and other sectors who are concentrically focused with expertise in climate change.

The interesting part about the two panels is that they will not receive any payment, but instead, will focus their attention on the overall effects of global warming and climate change in sea levels, storms and flooding.
