Sustainable Power Corp

Sustainable Power Corp. has made an agreement with Amecks, Inc., in which Amecks, Inc has agreed to provide municipal solid waste that is compacted and in pellet form to be used in the reactors of Sustainable Power Corp. The agreement calls for three hundred tons of this municipal solid waste product to be delivered daily, which will then be used in the Sustainable Power Corp. reactors to produce electricity, biofuels, and biogas. This is a good deal for the company, because Sustainable Power Corp. will receive thirty five dollars a ton for the waste they take, which is then used as fuel to generate electricity. In addition, they do not have to purchase feedstock for their incinerators; instead they are paid to accept this feedstock. Amecks, Inc gets a good deal on waste disposal, because they are in the waste management and removal service, and must dispose of the waste collected during the course of business.

Municipal Solid Waste
Is waste to energy really effective though? Different waste to energy methods vary in efficiency and energy requirements, as well as energy produced. Sustainable Power Corp. uses the Rivera process, which is a highly efficient process developed by John H. Riviera. This allows Sustainable Power Corp. to produce ten times as much electricity as a municipal solid waste incinerator can, as well as many other products in the process. Three hundred tons of municipal waste daily can go a long way towards cleaning up the earth and preventing more unsightly landfills, but what are the disadvantages of this waste to energy method? There are no disadvantages that I can see. The electricity generated by Sustainable Power Corp. does not cause any pollution or greenhouse gas emissions, there are no dangerous or toxic gases or chemicals used or created during the process, and all the products created can be sold or used to generate electricity and provide for the needs of the energy plant. Municipal solid waste is considered renewable, because more of it is discarded every single day of the year. The agreement with Amecks, Inc. will provide all of the feedstock needed for
Sustainable Power Corp. to make electricity cleanly and efficiently.

Rivera Process
Sustainable Power Corp. is a total service provider of green energy around the world. This company seems to have revolutionized the waste to energy sector, with a new method that is more efficient than traditional waste to energy incineration plants, with no pollution or other disadvantages. Not only does this company have the capability of eliminating three hundred million tons of municipal solid waste every day, they have a win-win situation. Sustainable Power Corp. gets paid to take the waste, and they save because they do not need to purchase feedstock for the incinerators because the waste is used. Waste to energy programs may be the energy sources of the future, and Sustainable Power Corp. is at the forefront with one of the most efficient waste to energy methods anywhere.

Waste to Electricity
Waste disposal and foreign oil and energy dependence are problems that must be solved, and it seems like Sustainable Power Corp. can solve both problems with a single solution. Landfills are overflowing with garbage, and electricity prices are continuously rising due to fossil fuels becoming scarcer, making them more costly and harder to recover. Turning municipal solid waste to electricity in the most efficient and effective method possible is the most viable option to minimize the number of landfills and their levels, and domestically produce the electricity needed to heat and power homes. Sustainable Power Corp. does this with no pollution or harmful effects on the environment, so this company may have a very bright future.

If Sustainable Power can make this work successfully and show those doubt the effectiveness of using municipal solid waste that it is a viable energy option, hopefully we will see many other companies attempting the same methods and helping the ecology.
